In the images above you will see the aftermath of a sub-floor feeling the effect of moisture straight through the wood to the top surface staring right at you. The client luckily had called SERVPRO in to do the initial tear out so quality techs were already onsite ready to make the proper adjustments to get the mold issues relegated and back to the way it was before the incident that occurred causing all of these terrible things to happen.
